On Valentine’s Day, the bf had to take a day business trip to NYC and Thy’s bf was outta town for work as well, so we decided spend it together! We made white chocolate covered strawberries. We half-way failed because the white chocolate (mixed with red candy melts) wouldn’t dry! so we weren’t able to put the design on there as easily… Oh well it still ended up tasting delicious! It’s always good to get together with this girl because we are seriously two peas in a pod. She doesn’t give a shishhh and is fully understanding when I throw it back at her…and thats the kinda friendship that we have. LOL. I was mentally exhausted though, because I had all these midterms on my mind all day that when I finally got home to the BF, I PTFO. So, we cancelled dinner plans and rescheduled it to Friday. I didn’t come home to flowers, which didn’t surprise me because in this year and half relationship, I’ve never received flowers. However, I did get some cake…and a very sweet card. Some big plans are heading our way as we make a huge transition into the next step of our relationship. =D

Halloween Birthday Bash

Carved pumpkins for the first time while grilling steaks! We also roasted the seeds afterwards. YUM! <3 It was hard & I nearly passed out when I stood up from sitting for 2 hrs…Maybe I shouldn’t have chosen something so detailed. The BF chose to carve the UF Gators but it turned out like crap so we tossed it. HAHA
